OUR STORY

Our story begins in a little nutrition club in downtown Newport, RI during the summer of 2012. Patrick, a career Naval Aviator attending the Naval War College, was a customer and Hannah, a life-long islander and RISD student, worked behind the bar.

We fell in love with the Nutrition Club concept, how the environment and products made us feel, and also each other. As the summer came to a close we decided to take a leap of faith and open our own club, Slim Possible. We are so grateful that we did, and also for Hannah’s family who jumped in and supported us from the get go.

 

We opened Slim Possible together in the fall of 2012 and thanks to our amazing community, it was a success. Crowds of people so eagerly awaited getting their healthy tea, aloe and shake every morning and we slowly started witnessing the healthy transformations in our community one person at a time.  It’s been a crazy ride, but boy has it been a fun one!

We got married in the fall of 2014, welcomed our daughter, Reagan in December of 2015 and our son, John in July of 2017. The military life has been a wild one, but after 3 moves in 5 years, we’re excited to be moving home to Newport where Patrick will continue his Navy career teaching at the Naval War College.

 

We are so grateful to all of our clients, customers and staff members who over the years have become a close family to us. We feel blessed to be able to call helping others our “job” and hope to continue doing so for the next 20 years.Welcome to the club!
