Is Slim Possible Strollers a walking group for moms?  Although we encourage everyone to workout at their fitness level, Slim Strollers is designed to be a complete full body workout while keeping the kids entertained, not just a walk in the park. Our instructors will guide you through each workout in order for you to get the best results.

Is Slim Possible Strollers safe for pregnancy?
Unless your doctor has advised otherwise, we encourage pregnant mommas to join us! There are many benefits to exercise during pregnancy, including energy levels, posture, circulation, better recovery time, cardiovascular and muscular fitness. Always listen to your body during the workout, and our instructors will modify exercises for you as your pregnancy progresses.

Do I need to bring anything to class?
Besides yourself, your baby, and your stroller, we suggest wearing comfortable exercise clothes and athletic shoes. Bring a light and a medium resistance exercise band if they were not included in your membership - you can purchase them before class from your instructor if needed. Please bring plenty of water, baby snacks and toys as needed, a towel or yoga mat, as well as a hat and/or sunblock for outdoor classes. Post workout shakes are provided at Slim Possible with most memberships.

Do I need a fancy stroller? 
No, any stroller will work for class so long as it's not prone to tipping; we don't recommend umbrella strollers since they are not very maneuverable.

How old does my baby have to be?
You must wait until until your baby is at least 6 weeks of age to begin class, and can enjoy Strollers up to any age as long as they still can be safely buckled into your stroller for the duration of class. If you are newly postpartum, always get your doctor's permission before starting this or any other kind of exercise program.

What do I do if my baby gets fussy during class?
Motherhood first. As a group of moms, we understand more than anyone that our babies will all have those days and encourage you to tend to your child first. We stop at a new station every few minutes, so you'll always have the opportunity to catch up. Our instructors are fellow moms and are more than happy to help settle your baby so that you can get a great workout in.

What happens if the weather is bad?
In the case of inclimate weather, our class will move indoors. For more information, please check our weather policy page. You can also register there to receive up to date text message updates of class locations.

How long are the workouts?
Our workouts for Slim Possible Strollers are 1-hour class sessions including a 5 minute warm up at the start and 10 minute cool down, stretching and core work at the end.

How do I enroll? Click on "CLASSES".
Click on the date that you would like to attend and click "Enroll". You will be redirected to a registration page with membership options. If you have not enrolled prior to class or signed the class waiver electronically, you will be able to do so on location before class.

What if I enrolled and didn’t make it to class?
Class attendance is taken each class by the instructor so if you're not at class, it will not count against you.
